In the third and final session centered around DataViz this semester, we will apply what we learnt about Tableau and Storytelling with Data in the first two sessions and go through a project from beginning to end.
Using a real-life dataset, we will together explore the data, define our guiding questions and summarize our findings using a Dashboard for other people to explore and comprehend - all using Tableau and incorporating storytelling elements.
Experience has shown that students who participated in introductory sessions for tools like Tableau learnt the basics succesfully, but never had to apply them. But it is by putting things into practice that this knowledge turns into proper skills. So come along and join this last session!
